Q: I have an issue with my order, what should I do?

A: Please email us immediately at sales@reptilesmarketplace.com or use the contact form above. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. You can also call us at (916) 740-9758 between 10am and 3pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday.

Q: What if my order is out of stock?

A: Due to the nature of live animal sales, stock can sell out quickly. Our website isn’t always updated immediately since animals don’t have bar codes, so please understand that an order receipt doesn’t confirm availability. If an item is out of stock, you can either cancel your order or apply the payment to another animal. You’ll be notified by email either way.

Q: Can I get a picture of the animal I’m going to order?

A: We receive over 70 picture requests daily, and unfortunately, we don’t have the resources to provide pictures of individual animals. We deal with thousands of animals, and keeping up with these requests would require more staff.

Q: Where is my tracking number?

A: Tracking numbers for live animal orders (not feeder insects) are emailed to you each weekday afternoon. You should receive it by 8pm Eastern time at the latest.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we do not ship outside the United States, including Canada and Puerto Rico.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We have employees in both California and Idaho, but we are an online-only business and do not have physical storefronts or locations for customer pick-ups.

Q: How much is shipping to my address?

A: Shipping for live animal orders is always a flat rate of $44.99 per order, no matter the destination or how many animals you order. Shipping for feeder insects is already included in the listed price on the website.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, as well as Debit Cards, Pre-paid Credit Cards, and Gift Cards.

Q: Do you ship to my state?

A: We ship to all states except Hawaii for a flat shipping rate of $44.99.
